Returns
Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your Viivi arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery at info@viivi.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
