Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) once payment has been confirmed.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control (e.g., weather events, courier delays, or peak periods).

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99 for orders under $100.

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $14.99.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 automatically qualify for free standard delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, Viivi only ships within Australia.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Limitations

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

Delivery Delays & Issues

We work hard to get your order to you on time, but occasionally delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Lost Parcels

If your order appears lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll liaise with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue. Once an order leaves our warehouse, Viivi relies on third-party couriers for delivery and appreciates your understanding while we work to resolve any issues.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us process your claim, we’ll need:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase.
